Michelle graduated with honors from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, leaders in the industry, as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner.
After years of research and trial and error on herself with the idea to heal herself from M.S holistically and with success, she decided it was time to go back to school so that she could also assist others in finding their path in alignment with their true values, from a place of love and compassion for themselves and all other living beings. Michelle recognizes that not one body is the same. We are all unique in our own ways and our bodies require different things to thrive.
Holistic means addressing things as a whole. Mind, body and soul! There are basic general rules that do apply to all and Michelle’s goal is to raise awareness and help people transition towards a whole food nutrient-dense plant-based lifestyle in order to regain control of their lives and most importantly, attain optimal health and feel great again in their own “vehicle” called body!
